We ship from China. Delivery typically takes 8–15 days.

Will I see my design before it's engraved?

Yes. Custom orders are previewed before engraving — we send a free 3D preview within 48 hours, and you approve it before we engrave.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized items are made to order and non-returnable unless defective.
