Terms of service

OrbLuna sells personalized 3D crystal gifts, made to order from your photo. By placing an order on orbluna.com, you agree to the terms below.

Made to order & preview approval
Every piece is made to order in our Yiwu, China studio. After you order, we prepare a 3D preview of your photo and email it to you. We do not start engraving until you approve the preview. If we do not hear back, we will follow up by email; production begins only after your approval.

Your photo
You confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload. Your photo is used only to create your preview and your finished crystal, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing & shipping
Prices are shown in USD. US shipping is a flat $6.95 per order, and duties and taxes are included — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates for a made-to-order product: production starts after preview approval, and every order is shipped with tracking.

Returns & remakes
Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your crystal arrives damaged, or does not match the preview you approved, contact us at support@orbluna.com and we will remake it free of charge or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.
