Shipping policy

Every OrbLuna crystal is made to order. After you place your order, we prepare a 3D preview of your photo and email it to you. We only start engraving once you have approved the preview. Once approved, your piece is engraved, checked by hand, and shipped with tracking. Duties and taxes are included — there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
