We engrave your picture beneath the surface of K9 optical crystal with a precision laser, so the image floats in real depth and never fades, peels or yellows. Stand it upright for a portrait or lay it on its side for a landscape — it is the same crystal, made to be turned in the hand and set down wherever the memory belongs.

How ordering works
1. Choose your size and place your order.
2. Send us your photo (attach it to your order or reply to your order email — JPG or PNG, the clearer the better).
3. We prepare your 3D preview and email it to you. Nothing is engraved until you approve it.
4. Once approved, we engrave, inspect by hand and ship with tracking. Delivery is DDP — taxes and duties are covered by us, nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Sizes
Small: 1.6″ × 1.6″ × 2.4″ (4 × 4 × 6 cm) — lovely for one or two faces and desk shelves.
Large: 2″ × 2″ × 3.1″ (5 × 5 × 8 cm) — more depth, more detail, our pick for family photos.

Good to know
Material: K9 optical crystal; subsurface laser engraving (nothing is printed on the surface). Choose the square silver LED base or upgrade to the wooden LED base for $10 more. Your selected display base is included. Every piece is made to order in our Yiwu studio. If a photo will not engrave well, we will tell you before engraving and help you pick a better one. Photo tips: a sharp, well-lit photo with faces looking at the camera engraves best.

How does the preview work?+

After you order, we build a 3D preview of your photo and email it to you. Nothing is engraved until you approve it — if you'd like a change, tell us and we'll adjust the preview first.

What photo works best?+

A clear, well-lit photo works best — the sharper the original, the finer the detail in the crystal. One person, a couple, a family, or a pet are all fine.

Are duties included?+

Yes. Duties are included — no surprise fees at your door. US shipping is a flat $6.95 at checkout, and every order is tracked from our Yiwu studio to you.

What happens to my photo?+

Your photo is used only to make your preview and your crystal. We don't use it for anything else.

What if it arrives damaged, or doesn't match my preview?+

If your crystal arrives damaged, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll remake it or refund you. Email us at support@orbluna.com and we'll sort it out.
