Custom Orders

Custom orders are previewed before engraving. We send a free 3D preview within 48 hours — you approve it before we engrave, polish, and ship.

Returns

Personalized items are made to order and non-returnable unless defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@orbluna.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
